Sandman offers a unique group of services that produce perfect long-term turf.
Topdressing is the application of a blended soil mixture over the surface of turf grass. Mostly used on warm weather turf grasses such as Bermuda, Centipede and Zoysia. Cool season turf grass, such as Fescue, can also benefit from topdressing.

Laser Grading provides the ability to control water or shed water in a controlled manner. Developing perfect turf requires expertise in removing excess water and the ability to add and retain water when needed. Using precision instruments and special machines, laser grading moves soil so slopes and direction are exact.

  A soil test is one’s best guide in determining the strength of each link in the plant nutrient chain.  The weak link sets the ceiling on the turf’s potential.  A soil test identifies the weak link or links. With a soil test there is no guessing at what your turf needs.  The test will determine the course of action needed for your lawn.
